How to sign up for Orderlah?

You can sign up at link. Just fill in your details and you will have an account. Orderlah will provide you with 1 month free trial period.

Is there any free trial package?

Yup, there is a 1 month free trial for you to test on our service. Here is the link to sign up.

How long does it take for Orderlah to pay me for the orders?

Orderlah will transfer the payments received from customers to your bank account at the next business day before 12pm.

How can I access my data?

You can view your sales data when you log in to your account from our webpage. It is located at the dashboard.

How much does it cost?

Orderlah POS system costs from RM 1 per day to RM 100 per month. It depends on the type of business you are doing and the sales amount that you will be receiving since a large sales amount would be easier if you have an account manager from our side to help you.

How much do I need to pay if I have more than 2 stores?

You will need to enlarge your package of service that is capable of handling more than 1 stores and the rest will stay the same.

Will Orderlah promote my business?

Orderlah will run social media posters to announce to public the new opening of your store in your platform. It is free of charge.
Other than that, Orderlah will have a promotion campaign with the merchant to offer discounts and offers to customers for a period of time (details of the campaign and promotion will need to be further discussed).

If I want to withdraw from the service, is there any penalties?

The payment is charged on a monthly basis. The only penalty would be the paid service fee.

I am a current user of other POS system that uses ipad. If I want to change to Orderlah, what do I need to do?

You do not need to install anything on your ipad to use our system, but we encourage you to download our app since it will be easier for you to monitor your sales.
You can change from system to system on your consent. We do not require you to buy any items to use the system.

How long does it take to set up my store?

The maximum it takes is 24 hours, depending on the materials you sent have in hand. If all the required materials are on the spot, it just only 10 – 30 minutes, depending on the number of products.

Do I need to register to place the orders?

You do not need to register for an account to place orders, but it is encouraged to register an account to ease your next purchase since every detail are stored in the system.

Can Orderlah delivery to my address?

Currently, Orderlah does not have delivery services, but if you are not in an urgent, we could help you arrange the delivery.

How much do I need to pay for the order?

You will need to exactly the amount for your orders. Orderlah does not charge any service or processing fee.

What type of payments does Orderlah accepts?

Orderlah accepts all kinds of payments except cash. Credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, as long as the payment gateways are recognised by BNM, Orderlah will accept it.

Can I ask for a refund if what I get is not what I ordered?

Orderlah will protect its users. If the case is true, Orderlah will compensate you with a refund and a voucher for next order, need not to be the same store.
